Great and complete breakfast!

It’s a very nice, green and peaceful place. The facilities are modern and clean. Overall the site appears to be well maintained and managed. The hosts are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice with the option to order fried eggs. It’s conveniently located in the Tisa area with both the natural sights and cities like Decin and Usti Nad Labem close by. For people traveling by EV electric car, it’s great there is the option for 11 kWh CSS charging.

As other guests already pointed out, the outdoor facilities for the caravans are too limited. We were with 3 people, but only had one chair and one stool at the outdoor table in front of the caravan. There is no outdoor sunshade of canopy offered with the caravan, which is quite ‘tough’ on a typical Czech summer day. Although the caravan appears to be very new, many things inside were already broken or malfunctioning. It’s perhaps due to poor quality of the Knaus brand or this particular model, but many of the pull-down window shutters and insect screens were either broken or about to break. Also both the pull-out room dividers for bed privacy were broken. Instead of repairing it, they were taped down with orange tape in an attempt to prevent the guests from using them. Since these details really matter, it would seem more logical to repair broken interior items before new guests arrive. The kitchenette comes with some basic items, but it’s strange that in the Czech beer-paradise for example a decent beer glass was missing. We only found a few coffee/tea mugs, which are inadequate for drinking a nice wine or beer in the evenings. In addition, due to drought and lack of rainfall in the area this summer, the ‘natural pool’ or ‘pond’ was too low on water and was closed for guests. Although it’s an understandable ‘force majeur’, it was a disappointment since it was not clearly stated at the time of booking on the website. If these elements would have been better, we would surely have rated this accommodation in the 8-9 grade range.
