Our host was very helpful. We had a little problem understanding how to get the key (our inexperience!), but he came within 5 minutes to help, and gave us all the information we needed in a friendly and kind manner. The location was perfect for our needs, and the area very nice.

We had never seen a lock arrangement like this one before, and even with a helpful video we did not understand how to open it (the video didn't show the part we didn't understand). But our host came immediately to let us in. Also, the veranda door had been unlocked, surely an oversight of the cleaning staff, but be sure to check this if you stay here. The apt. was perfect otherwise!

Clean, beautiful apartment, well equipped, well located. Parking space, self check-in facilities. Located on the ground floor overlooking the quiet inner courtyard. Good communication with the owner. It would have been a perfect place for transit (even more so) if we could have slept…

Unfortunately, and it's not the owner's fault, there was a big dog in a nearby balcony that barked all night. Despite the facilities of the apartment, we could not sleep. I notified the owner the next day who promised to solve the problem.

The apartment is very beautiful, clean, and perfect located! We are big family and it is enough for all of us!
