Ο ιδιοκτήτης ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικός, διαθέσιμος οποιαδήποτε στιγμή για οποιαδήποτε πληροφορία, το διαμέρισμα σε ήσυχη περιοχή στο κέντρο και καθαρό! Θα το πρότεινα ανεπιφύλακτα!

Όλα.

Το μόνο που θεωρώ ότι πρέπει να βελτιωθεί είναι το να λειτουργεί κανονικά το ανσασέρ της οικοδομής. Ήταν εκτός λειτουργίας και το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στον 2ο όροφο, οπότε παιδεύτηκα με τη βαλίτσα.

Βρίσκεται σε κεντρικό σημείο στην πόλη της Βέροιας. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν καθαρό και ο ιδιοκτήτης φρόντισε να μας κατατοπίσει για όλα πολύ πριν την άφιξη μας. Καλή σχέση ποιότητας- τιμής.
