Localização excelente. Da para fazer tudo a pé. Roupas de cama e banho confortáveis, camas confortaveis. Apartamento muito silencioso apesar de estar no centro da cidade

Alguns detalhes devem ser melhorados, o box do banheiro vaza para dentro do banheiro, deixando tudo molhado, necessário reparo na vedação. A cozinha precisa de mais utensílios, como por exemplo uma tabua para cortar pão etc As facas precisam ser afiadas todas cegas. difícil. Em caracol para os quartos que ficam em baixo, para quem tem dificuldade de locomoção ficaria muito dificil.
