Excellent welcome and location is perfect for exploring the town. Large sunny space and comfortable beds.

The stairs to the upper bedroom are very steep.

This is a beautiful apartment in central Viseu. Walking distance to all central attractions. The apartment is spacious with high ceilings and full kitchen. Comfy beds and sofas. The bed in the loft has a strange staircase up to it. Our kids stayed up there but wouldn't be for anyone with poor mobility.

The parking isn't great here. There is paid parking beside the park in front of the building but can be tricky to find a space. Use of the pool costs extra and a timeslot needs to be booked in advance at reception.

A small thing but the step down when you go into the main room needs a warning line or strip on the edge for safety. Also I hate matress foam . It's too hot to sleep on. No air con in top bedroom

The appartement was great! It was beautiful and spacious.

No kitchen towels and dish rag, ac in main bedroom did not work. Cheaply furnished. Loft bedroom accessible only for kids or mountainiers. It was expensive for offered quality. Staff between really arrogant and very nice and friendly .
