L’appartement est immense. Les lits sont confortables. Il comporte deux salles de bain. Il est très bien situé dans la ville.

Fantastic location. Close to everything that we wanted to visit. Close to very nice restaurants, all walkable from the apartment. Spacious apartment. Comfy beds. Small area outside to sit which was lovely with a few chairs and table. We used it often. Kitchen had everything we needed.

Strange layout. I Access to one of the bedrooms is through another bedroom. Could be awkward depending on the group. There is a musty smell as you come in the front door which is unpleasant. The downstairs shower is not tiled which I thought odd.

The capacity of hot water is limited, therefore not recommended for 5 or more people to take a shower on the same night. You can manage by separating those times of taking a shower.

Se trata de un edificio viejo y en madera, a pesar de estar bien reformado son todo escaleras para ir a casa habitación y mala insonorización.

The entry process was very easy. The apartment was really cute and the decor was nice. It was very spacious and on multiple levels, making it great for a group since some could go to bed while others stayed up. The outdoor space could be enjoyable in good weather (it was raining the entire time we were there), but it is surrounded by tall buildings so I am not sure how much sunlight it gets. Despite the mildew smell, the sheets were clean.

This was essentially a basement apartment that smelled like mildew/mold. Everything was damp and the paint was peeling off in some places. Even after we left, our clothes smelled of mildew. Also the downstairs bathroom had a "shower" that I can only imagine was made for a dog as you would have to be less than 4 feet tall to stand in it. This should be advertised as a 1 and a half bath. Maybe in the summer it could be enjoyable, or if they invested in some dehumidifiers, but I don't recommend in the rainy season.
