The location. Rebecca, is very good at responding but as a property manager should check in from time to time to view what’s she’s advertising .

The pictures presented are false. The unit 1c has had major water damage. There’s mildew on the walls. The floors are severally water damaged. Warped, creaked and water stained. The bedroom door handle falls off. The square cushions are deflated and don’t look appealing to sit on. The carpet needs cleaning.

All fabulous location great. Buildings opposite a bit dilapidated but u can't do anything about that.

Great location, very nice apartment and facilities, beautifully designed and well maintained. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Porto and who wants everything to be at your door steps, ie restaurants, shopping, attractions.

The location is excellent. Very central. Loads of bars and restaurants nearby. The host is receptive and answered our questions promptly. The beds are very comfortable. The apartment is overall well equipped. There is plenty of storage in all areas. There is a cute balcony and shared communal outdoor area. There is no parking but there is a reasonably priced car park 2 mins walk from the property. There is no road or outside noise. There is a lift. There is a detailed list of places to eat and places of interest and some guides available.

The en suite shower has a clear window that is overlooked by several apartments. It should be opaque or a blind provided. This would put me off using this accommodation again. There is limited preparation space in the kitchen. The insulation between floors isn't great - we could hear the floor above moving around. The apartment flooring is very noisy to walk on. The property could have been cleaned better especially around the living area coffee tables where there was a lot of food debris from previous residents, and the en suite bathroom. There are a number of damp patches. The air conditioning is good but can't be isolated between rooms.

The only thing id say is to change the mattress in the master bedroom as you can feel the springs a little.

Comfortable place in a very good location to visit Porto. Modern and very well optimized space
