Way to the sea not far. Near big market PLODINE.

Villa Nita is a very nice place. We had a flat for 4 (with two bedrooms, living room + kitchen and bathroom) and it was very comfortable. We all had enough space for ourselves, the flat was equipped in 100% with towels, cutlery, fridge, electric kettle, coffee machine, oven, AC, TV etc etc. Everything was in great condition and clean. There is also a terrace with a big table and a small forest nearby visible. The flat is situated on outskirts of Zadar but with buses you can get in max 30 minutes to anywhere you may want. The neighborhood is very calm. There are many stores nearby, so even while travelling without a car, shopping for groceries is not a problem. Owners are very nice and warm people. Helpful also if you need anything. We even had a lift from them to and from an airport for good price. Awesome folks and joy to interact. I don't think there's anything I can complain about here. Great place for accommodation if you want to visit Zadar. I do highly recommend!

The property was super clean , the hosts provided an amazing breakfast when we requested it and we’re overall lovely people. We felt very comfortable and will hopefully be returning.

Exceptionally clean apartment, which was beautifully furnished. Wonderful outside space with BBQ; it was a lovely spot to sit and relax. Air con facilities were really good. Excellent kitchenware; we had everything we could ask for! Quiet location, although very far from the centre

It was very far from the Old town which was the most attractive part of the city. It took us around an hour to walk there It would have been nice to have had some sunbeds outside the apartment to sit on. The window on the door let in a lot of light in the morning. A curtain would have been useful
