Location, the balcony

There was an old carpet folded in 1 corner in the middle of the living room and my mother has an accident. The sofa for sleeping is terrible. Smells humid, there is a request of my credit card details to get the tax payment but Is an open link, so I don’t like that my card details were requested this way instead of through a secure link.

Wonderful apartments: clean, bright, spacious. There is everything you need for your stay. And the location is excellent - in the center, near the metro and a large supermarket, as well as an excellent restaurant where it’s cheap and tasty!

Location

Not cleaned when we arrived. In need of a deep clean, especially the bathroom( dirt and mould). No mattress protector. Only 2 flat pillows. Spare pillows were small and flat and had no linen so unusable. Settee very uncomfortable.

What I didn’t like is that there is no communication whats so ever only automated messages which I really don’t like. I had many questions and no one responded at all !! Luckily I arrived late at 7 pm while the check in was at 4:00 pm and the apartment code was sent few minutes before 4 !! But what If I came earlier. Ofcourse I don’t know where I might end because there will be no answer to this too!!! Ofcourse when I arrived I manged to open the main door by the help of the automated message I received. But then I couldn’t figure out which apartment was mine and I didn’t have a Portuguese number so I was stuck until i went to a shop nearby and the man was so kind that he called the number for me . What If I arrived late at night I could have ended up in the street! She told me that we mentioned in the automated message the floor which was written like this’1o duiro in Portuguese!! Really And also there were two apartments not one !! I managed to enter after I wasted 1 hour trying to enter the apartment.. I am a solo traveler and I have booked apartments before through entire europe but this was the only one who doesn’t interact at all with customers .. its like whatever you ask no one answers.. this is a big NO for me because I don’t care how pretty the apartment is if I have to face these issues! Never again Ps. The apartment smelled weird

Great location, comfortable apartments, clean and quiet

The apartment was very nice, bright, and based downtown. That is perfect for a tourist who needs to visit the city and all its attractions. The company who manages the apartment sent us two guys in two different moments to help us sort out some issues we had with the apartment. Once we arrived (it was midnight), we did not manage to collect the keys from the lockbox and one guy was sent to help us get them. Unfortunately, when we accessed the apartment we realized that the cleaner did not properly clean it. We were immediately moved to another apartment for the night and all our runs with Uber were paid by the company. The day after another person was sent to the apartment as we had the same issue with the lockbox. Once this person helped us to enter into the apartment, this time it was fcleaned. The guys who came to our apartment were always very polite and apologized for those inconveniences. Overall, despite our initial stay it was an "adventure", the service provided was superb.

I would replace the lockbox which is too small to fit in the keys. Most of the time, such keys get stuck into the lockbox, indeed.
