LovelyStay - Porto Peaceful Living W/ Backyard

The space is big and pretty, has two bedrooms so good price for 4 people, we were only 2, the location is great!

Provided tiny packs of salt, pepper and oil that were enough for only one meal and we were there for 2 days! Had a half of a small broken cutting board! Beautiful balcony/ garden but unusable unless you want to get shit on by seaguls during breakfast! Poop stains on the ground, chairs, and tables should have been a warning. (also leaking AC water from apartment above onto the balcony) Host kept offering possible early check-in, which was later not provided! Electricity went out when we plugged in the heating, asking the host for help was easy, but we figured it out on our own! There are two electrical boxes, so check for both for any switches flipped down!

Very well located in the heart of the city. Easy and fast check in, good availability of the host.

The moldy smell was extreme, I couldn't stand it in the hallway. In all rooms the smell was also present, even though we aired out a lot. Needed to wash all my stuff afterwards, because we carried the smell home.

Loved everything!. It was spacious, clean, great location, quiet, had everything we needed, great shower, comfortable beds.

The location was great - walkable distance to everything. Great connection to public transportation. Even though the street is busy, it was nicely silent in the apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped and the terrace is an awesome place in the morning - the sunlight is better wake up mechanism than coffee :)

The apartment was very humid so the decorative baskets were mouldy :( it was obvious since the first breath we took in the apartment. Dishes in the cupboard weren't washed :( Couch was very uncomfortable and almost broken.

Location was unsurpassed. However, there was a strong mildew smell throughout the apartment that lingered the entire stay. None of the bedrooms had windows, therefore the apartment can't be aired. We had stained or dirty sheets, don't know. The bathroom tiles had mildew. The worst even is that although check -in is a very late 4pm and the check out is 11am the cleaning crew came TWICE, once at 10am and again at 10.55am. Rushed.

Spacious, beautiful, clean, 3 bed basement apartment with plenty of light, well equipped kitchen a private patio with beautiful city views and the location couldn’t be more perfect!!

I did leave my AirPod pros behind accidentally and could see someone had picked them up from the property at 3pm the day I checked out. I could see them being used for more than a week and moving about in Porto. I did message the property to get help to retrieve them but they only responded the day my AirPods seemed to be separated and in different last locations, like someone lost them. Suspicious timing.

Broken coffee machine, missing part. Shower head unstable.

It's big and can accommodate a family with kids, it's a good location near transport and a few steps of a wonderful sightseeing, the kitchen is good for cooking.

The front door is horrible to be opened and to close, you need to have the key whatever you're entering or going out, you can't have more than 2 electric machines working at the same time (dish washer, oven, heater...) or the electricity goes off, The staff gave me the hope that I could have gotten the place before the check-in time which I couldn't and I would rather they to be just honest and say straight away. There was spider web at the lamps in the kitchen, the outdoor was messy and the pictures from outside needed to be updated.
