Sea View Studio Apartment

It’s clean, nice and cute. Nice view of the port. Amazing location if you wanna take the ferry to other islands. Like 2 minutes walk to ferry station, a lot of good restaurants nearby in old town. The host Grgur is very professional and warm, made everything easy and accessible like check-in etc, great recommendations for food etc .

Fabulous location in the heart of Zadar old town, literally 2mins walk from the ferry from Pula! It is a small apartment but bijou with wonderful view of the harbour.

For this we blame Booking.com for burying the information in the small print. The apartment is on the 4th floor with no elevator- fortunately Grgur was there to meet us and very kindly took up 2 suitcases for us which we would not have managed! There is a baggage storage company right next door, so another option was to use an overnight bag and store the rwo cases

Everything was perfect! Super clean appartement with top location. Comfy beds, airco, kitchen and shower. Literally everything you need in the heart of the city. Easy check-in so you can take a siesta in airconditioning if it's to hot.

Really great location. Simple but perfect setup. Host was incredibly helpful and welcoming. One of the best hosts I have stayed with.

The host was extremely kind and helpful. Allowing me an early check-in and even picking me up from bus stn ( it was raining heavily, so all of this was much appreciated). He also gave me some fantastic recommendations. All in all, he went above and beyond, which made me so glad I had chosen this accommodation. The view from the window was beautiful. The accommodation was spotless, and it has a fantastically comfortable bed. The location is amazing too - so close to all the best spots and right next to the bus stop ( inc Airport bus) .Picture is the view from the window

Stayed in 3 apartments in Zadar and this is the only one that made an effort, the only one that had coffee and tea, and was eager to help with tips and answers for our questions. It also looks much better than in the pictures, specially with sunlight - the view is good (the windows are slightly bigger than they look on the photos)

Despite the amazing owner and cleanliness and overall feel of the apartment, as a light sleeper it's hard for me to consider staying here again, as it was hard for me to sleep with windows open - there's two roads just under the window, as well as a port. But if I closed the windows - the outside sounds disappeared completely (great insulation!) - it was still hard to sleep because I could hear the sounds of people walking on floors all night.

Perfect location in old town Zadar. Lovely view of harbor. Very easy self check in. Parking right next to apartment at cheap price. Grgur gave us wonderful recommendations for places to eat and visit. Lovely experience all round.

Fantastic location just inside the walls, close to the airport bus stop and ferry port. The studio is small but fully functional and comfortable for a few days stay. The studio is bright and modern. The bed is really comfortable and considering the proximity to the city it’s really quiet. The host is excellent - very responsive to messages and very accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.
