LovelyStay - Deluxe 2BR Duplex with Splendid View

We loved the layout for multiple people, we had tons of space and nice views from the apartment. It had everything we needed inside and we were right by everywhere we would want to go.

Unfortunately while we were there, there was construction which caused noise and made it hard to access. We know this is temporary so we made do with what it was!

I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I received. I booked an apartment for four nights and was looking forward to a relaxing stay with my family. However, from the moment I arrived, I was met with poor service. The AC in the room was not working and I contacted them to fix it “the room temperature was 28c !”. Their feedback was that there is working AC in the other bedroom and they didn’t send a technician to fix it during my whole stay. We even slept with our kids. They were rude and unsupportive. It was the worst stay in my experience with booking for 13 years with hundreds of accommodations. If you were unlucky and needed their help, I will feel sorry for you.

The apartment is very lovely, just as described, in the heart of Porto.

Unfortunately there is 24/7 construction going on all around the city center and if you’re sensitive to noise you may have trouble sleeping.

After an overseas flight, we really appreciated being accommodated with an earlier check-in time.

There is major construction going on in the area, very noisy and dusty. I won’t stay again until the work is completed.
