Downtown Sunny Apartment

Location is great, apartment was very clean and has everything. Being on the third floor didn't bother me, large stairs, not a problem.

Quite noisy, there is no sound isolation, you can here everything like train, cars and mainly seagulls.

The property was brilliant price. the location is about 30 min walk from ribiera. nice rooms good for a family

Hard to contact with the owner for the lockbox's code to get the key for the apartment at the beginning . The apartment has no elevator. We have walk up to the 3 th/fl.. the bunk bed was low and small.

The apartment was very clean and had a great location. The kitchen was well equipped had a decent selection of tools to cook food. The master bedroom was spacious and had enough place to hang and store stuff. Also, the coach in the kitchen folded out. The bathroom had extra toilet paper and other bathroom supplies.

The room with the bunk beds is very small and is only suitable for families with little kids, it would be hard for adults to share it. Also the table in the kitchen is not very comfortable if you want to sit at it for longer amounts of time, since it is very high up and it only had suitable chairs for 3 people. The bathroom has poor ventilation so if you get some water on the floor it will probably not evaporate for the rest of your stay.

The location is just great! It's about half an hour from the airport with the metro tram and very close to the tram station. The tram is not loud inside the apartment at night. The location is about 20-25 minutes from the city main train station and about 30 minutes from the riverside -- always a good walk home to see the city. Shops and cafes start nearby and in about 10 minutes the pedestrian shopping streets start. Had wifi and television too. Kitchen is good for breakfasts and some quick food.

Can't write much here because it met our expectations. If you are going in winter, remember winter is winter in Porto too, lots of sunshine but nights get chilly. Apartment has air con heating which served well.

The apartment was suitable for our stopover in Porto - 5 people. The apartment location is only 1.9 km from the Ribeira area. It is reasonably spaced and was very clean; furnished with just what we required for a short stay - kitchenette, dinning table, shelves and hanging space, 1 double bed, 1 bunk bed and a couch that sleeps 2 people comfortably. The mattresses were comfortable & bedding was provided. Clean and spacious toilet/hand-basin/shower/bath; towels provided for each guest.
