What is not to like about this property. From the word go Anita the host provided so much extra information, we were well prepared before evening setting off for Croatia. She sorted a taxi out for us and even met us at the property to welcome us post midnight due to a delayed start. The touches of a bottle of Coke, wine and sweets made us feel even more welcome! The location of perfect to pop in and out through the day for some air con and chill time! I couldn’t recommend the place more. Thank you Anita!!

Very good location. Good communication with the host. There are paid parking spaces nearby. The only minus is that there is a slight smell of dampness in the room. But we only stayed one night, so it was not a big problem. It was nice that he welcomed us with cold water and the air conditioning turned on.Thank you Anita!😊

I had a wonderful stay at Anita’s apartment in Zadar Old Town. She was incredibly helpful and kind, even meeting me upon arrival and assisting with parking— steps away from the apartment—something I greatly appreciated. The location was ideal, especially since I was in town for a wedding. Both the church and the reception hall were only a 3–4 minute walk away, making everything extremely convenient. The apartment itself is spotless, well-stocked, and thoughtfully prepared. Anita has created a warm and inviting space that feels like a home away from home. While I didn’t use the kitchen during my stay, it was fully equipped with everything you might need. The apartment is situated on a quiet street, making it ideal for relaxing after a busy day. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Zadar! Hvala Anita!
