"Good and quiet place to stay in Zadar in a typical residential area"

We were there for a very short time (arrived at 11 pm and departed 10 am), but the flat has all necessary things. It is clean, in a quiet neighbourhood, the parking is free and easy to find an emply place to park. The beach is 7 minutes by car. Late, but flexible check-in time, you can manage it by yourself. All good.

It was not an advantage to us, because we knew it and for all us it was ok, only as remark for others, that the owner doesn't speak English (but you can use Google Translate, all good with it) and arrival time could be better (for us it was not disadvantage, because we arrive late), but please check it if it is important to you. Also early check-out time officially (but you can speak to the owner; it wasn't relevant for us).

The apartment is spacy, well equipped, very clean, the beds are very comfortable. There is parking in front of the apartment. Our family enjoyed the short stay.

Clean. comfortable and quiet. Easy parking. Pretty easy to get to the city centre, although its not walkable.

The only thing I can think of is that the the shower needs a new head!

"Nice stay"

Beds, super clean and very Nice hosts who made it easy yo check in and out

Noisy as you can hear the neighbors quite well, even though I realized they were trying to be quiet. Bedrooms were hot and shower could use an upgrade.
