Tolle Lage an der Fußgängerbrücke zur Altstadt, zwar älteres Hochhaus, aber mit tollem Ausblick aufs Wasser, voll ausgestattete Wohnung, unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin🙂

Das Doppelbett ist für kleinere Leute komfortabel, größere Personen müssen aufs Einzelbett ausweichen.

Die Nähe zur City bzw. Brücke. Es ist alles da, sogar Nudeln und Kaffee!

Das Gebäude ist aus den 1960 Jahren, der enge Aufzug. Und das alte Schlafzimmer, Betten sehr kurz. Es hat auch nach kalten Rauch gerochen.

Zenral gelegen, Top Aussicht. Appartment in Natura schöner als auf den Fotos.

Είναι το τέλειο κατάλυμα για να εξερευνήσει κανείς την πόλη του Ζανταρ.Βρισκεται ακριβώς απέναντι από τη γέφυρα που συνδέει την παλιά πόλη με τη νέα ,σε ψηλό όροφο με καταπληκτική θέα!Ηταν παραπάνω από άνετο,πεντακάθαρο,υπερπλήρες εξοπλισμένο και με άριστο ίντερνετ.Επισης πολύ θετικό ήταν το γεγονός ότι ακριβώς από κάτω υπήρχε δωρεάν χώρος στάθμευσης.

The view was amazing beautiful sunsets from the balcony. Big & spacious apartment with everything you need and clean.

Nothing we didn’t like but balcony chairs could be more comfortable as we spent a lot of time enjoying the view

It was a great stay! The apartment is very comfortable, spacious, cosy and perfectly clean. We felt like at home. The view is stunning, you can sit in the living room or on the balcony and it never gets boring. The location is more than perfect, you are in the heart of Zadar, but like local people. The most important places in Zadar, shops and restaurants are to reach in a few minutes. The kitchen equipment is really good, you have everything you need to make some meals. The dishwasher is an advantage, we were both happy about. There are a lot of dishes, so you don't need to do dishwashing all the time. The bed is very comfortable, the sheets fresh, we could sleep excellent. The bathroom is not big, but you have there everything you need, including a washing machine. There are also all cleaning supplies available. The host is very kind, helpful and willing to help. We recommend this apartment!

Very well located. Free public parking, but it is quite crowded, you need a little luck to find a space. Large apartment. Amazing views!!!! Great location. Fully equipped kitchen.

Unfortunately no heating. Heating is only possible with air conditioning in the living room. The kitchen and bathroom are not heated. My advice to the owner: put a sofa bed in the living room. We would have preferred to sleep there and close the bedroom as it was unfortunately not warm enough.
