"Great holiday. Friendly host"

Balcony with great views. Five mins downhill walk to the front. Free parking on site. Only 3 mile drive in to Zadar. Away from the tourist area.

"Very Nice"

We stayed at a very nice apartment that was equipped with everything you would expect in a well-appointed rental. The spacious balcony with a sea view was a standout feature, providing a perfect spot for relaxation. The apartment had air conditioning, which was a great addition, though it would have been even better if it was available in every room. Communication with the owner was very pleasant and smooth. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend it.

"Superb"

The photos in the Booking.com were exactly the same as the real landscape. The property was super clean with lots of kitchenwares. Nice and cozy place for four persons to stay.

That was in the fourth floor without lift! The rooms did not have A/C.

"Great for both short and long term stays."

A warm welcome, very well equipped kitchen, lovely view in a quiet area, good water pressure and comfy beds. Would be an excellent choice for a longer term stay. Especially appreciated the mosquito nets on the windows so fresh air all night ensuring a restful night’s sleep.

"The view from the balcony is stunning!!!"

Everything! BUT THE BALCONY!!! The view is freaking stunning!!! House is lovely, just perfect! Had an amazing stay, couldn't have fault it

Everything was lovely You do need a car though OR use uber ;) it's 6-7 euros to get down to zadar so not bad at all
