Aneta Apartments

Amazing terrace with view on the bay of Kotor and lot of cats coming to meet you. 20 minutes away from restaurants and shops

Issue with the bathroom water spreading until the kitchen, hopefully it has been fixed. The flat is quite small if you are more than 2.

The apartment is very small for 4 people, I stayed with my 3 sons. The apartment is smaller on the photos. The view from the terrace is nice, but there are no beaches in Risan, we drove to other locations which takes up to an hour. The owner is very friendly, all kitchen appliances are in, but very small kitchen, not convenient to cook, we went out, having only breakfast in. Water poured out of the shower to the floor, so it became wet and I had to clean it after anyone took a shower. The apartment is in the location where a lot of houses are being renovated or built, so it is noisy from early morning. At night dogs barked all the time.

The apartment is exceptionally well equipped, clean and spacious, especially with the terrace included. The mosquito nets were an absolute necessity as well as the AC. The flat itself is nice, but the location does not worth it.

It was difficult to find the apartment, the provided GPS location took us to another property. The roads are very narrow and steep, especially the driveway from/to the house - it was a struggle to navigate with the car. Normally tourist tax is included in the price of the accommodation or the host handles the registration process, but Aneta asked us to handle this by ourselves: visit the tourist office, register and pay the additional fees. We rented the lower apartment from which you can hear everything that happens in the upper apartment and they had a VIP view of our terrace... The nearby beaches are terrible: very small, overcrowded and dirty, we had to drive at least one hour if not more to find a nice spot. Risan itself has nothing to offer and the infrastructure of the whole Kotor-bay makes it very difficult to drive around.
