Babylon Apartments On Soborna

Location was kinda nice and photos looked quite promising. Also property manager agreed to arrange for a late check in. There was a refreshing kinda neat simplicity about this apartment. But photos turned out to be really deceiving.

As soon as we entered, we were met by a old carpet that was looking like it bagged to be given peace. A lot of furniture was banged up. Floor was literally sticky and there were stains all over the walls. Burn holes on sofa. Also there was a really old blanket in the wardrobe in front of the bed. Bed was decent and smelled surprisingly fresh, but pillows were made of feather which sounds quite unsanitary for short term rent appartments. When told about our dissatisfaction, property owner (manager?) acted surprised and instead of asking us about ways to handle this situation, they told us the time they would be coming to check us out without any regard for our plans. After a short discussion we managed to arrange a checkout that suited us as clients

The place is located on the central street. All windows looks at the road and the noise was uncomfortable. During check-in guy asked for the deposit. It was returned partially because of "spot on the sofa" that was somehow found and not visible in fact on the photo they sent. I am not recommending this place.
