Apartament czysty, zadbany. Kuchnia bardzo dobrze wyposażona. W apartamencie znajduje się żelazko i inne potrzebne rzeczy.

Dużym minusem jest łazienka - unosi się w niej bardzo intensywny zapach kanalizacji, który niestety rozchodzi się po całym apartamencie.
