L’emplacement, la grandeur du logement, la proximité aux restaurants , café et dépanneur. Super localisation. Sonorisation excellente aucun bruit de rues.

Absence d’une machine à café type nespresso, linge à vaisselle insuffisant, aucune possibilité de faire sécher le linge.

The location was excellent.

We had to get the keys from a lock box outside the estate agency. It would have been much more convenient outside the apartment. The layout of the apartment is a bit strange because of the shape of the building. The agent should warn renters that driving over the bridge is restricted to residents so fines can be issued. Google maps isn’t aware of this!

Appartement très propre et très bien situé, beaucoup de place, et très bien isolé aucun bruit

Seul problème aucune place pour se garer à proximité, obligé de prendre un parking payant assez chère.

Localização fantástica ao lado da Puente Nuevo. Vários restaurantes na rua da hospedagem. Quartos muito bons. Banho muito bom. Atendimento impecável da Eva. Agradecemos.

La ubicación es excelente, a metros de todos los atractivos turísticos. La casa estaba muy limpia y las instalaciones son correctas por el precio pagado.

Si alguien llega tarde, en horario de los comercios cerrados o un día inhábil, el departamento no tiene café, azúcar o agua fresca.
