Casco Historico Apt. Doña Concha

Both Air conditioners are just up for decoration! Only after getting to the place we wore told that both were out of order... we got the three bedroom apartment and the pretty bedroom you see in the pictures is upstairs and it is impossible to stay there due to the heat and the smell of the bathroom. And even though there were some fans throughout the house, downstairs was also hot even if you keep the shutters closed during day time and open the windows at night to refresh with colder air. After 8/9am you just can't be in the apartment due to the heat. Cleaning is also very deficient, you'll find hair on the floor everywhere, maybe the apartment it's too big for the owner to keep clean for short rentals? I don't know, but for me and my family it was a big no.

Estaba buscando en Oviedo y apareció este alojamiento con un precio muy económico. Está muy mal, tanto del hotel como del Booking. Que deja entre medio colocar un hospedaje de otra localidad y en la otra punta de España.

Estar mal ubicado en el algoritmo de búsqueda. Buscaba locación en Oviedo no en Málaga!?!!

Location

The property had a sewage issue in the upstairs bedroom which is the main highlight room of the whole apartment so we were unable to use it. The smell was throughout the entire property. When highlighted to the owner, they said that was the smell of the old town which it most definitely was not! The property also had no heating except for small portable heaters and a broken heater in the livingroom space.. This meant you froze once you left the bedroom space! Myself and my pregnant fiancée were due to stay for 2 nights but the cold mixed with the smell ended up making her really sick and so we had to vacate the property the next morning. The owner has been next to no help and I've had to get booking.com Customer service involved. We are still fighting to get some of our money back. We ended up having to spend a huge amount having to book a last minute accomidation else where. The property was also dirty. When highlight all of the above to the property owner, her replys only made the situation worse. Avoid at all costs!

Great location, two blocks to the new bridge. Good size unit with all the amenities and a nice terrace with a view. Mrs. Concha was a wonderful host.

Location

All the windows need to be replaced, because there was a lot of outside nose... it felt like sleeping on the road. The kitchen needed to have more cutlery, pots and pans.
