Las Vistas Residence - Best Views in Ronda

Very well located, clean, modern appliances, and gorgeous views of the gorge and bridge.

Honestly there was nothing - it wasn’t s a fabulous place.

Host was very communicative and had very clear and easy instructions for getting to/accessing the apartment. The location is AMAZING (which is why we booked our stay). The views did not disappoint at all! Also tons of restaurants/cafes in walking distance, and there was a small grocery store right nearby. The apartment itself was beautiful, clean and had great decor. We loved our welcome cava as well! there was plenty of space and great lighting throughout. The kitchen was well equipped (no oven or dishwasher, but that was okay for us). The living room had guides for the city/Spain, a TV with a Nintendo Switch, and some board games. The bedrooms were a good size and comfy. The heaters in the room were a bit tricky to use though. The heat in the living room worked very well (and would work as AC in the summer). The bathroom was clean and included shampoo/conditioner/soap. The building and area was very quiet (minus the sound of the river, but that was not crazy loud and to be expected for the location). Overall it was a great stay. You need to use stairs to access the residence and there is no elevator. We did not message the host with any questions/concerns, so cannot speak to their responsiveness.

I wish there were a couple more pillows since I am a side sleeper and like to sleep with a pillow between my legs. Each bed only had 1 pillow. The only other thing is I wished there were tissues, but we bought our own. As I mentioned, the heat was a bit tricky to use in the bedrooms, and am not sure how they would be for AC in the summer. But there were ceiling fans.

I was really disappointed with the cleanliness of the place. We had a fabulous response from our host who assured us this was not normal (eg the microwave), but after the complaint I found a chip (French fries) on a coffee table bottom and red/tomato dirt on the edge of the dining table. We also moved the drainer after our first hand dishwash, but found something like sugar and a mass of ants under the drainer. Cupboard doors in the kitchen were dirty. Hanging utensils were unclean. We had a poor response to bulbs that didn’t work (bathroom and main bedroom). No one came to change them. The kitchen balcony windows do not properly close. They opened when the wind was high and were smashing overnight , despite getting up and closing them. Chipped plates and bowls. Not up to the standard of the rest of the location. I had to wash the table mats in the drawer before using. Am sorry to post all of this, because we did love the location and the views.

The location was fantastic. Beautiful views of the bridge and excellent proximity to everything.

Wishes we had a roll of paper towels included.

Alles war super! Das Apartment war sauber, gemütlich und hatte einen wunderschönen Panoramablick.

房间景观非常好，我们甚至没有再另外去观景台。房间里还有switch游戏机和其他一些牌类游戏，可以看出经营者很细心。

1.没有电梯，需要搬行李爬一层楼梯。 2.公寓内隔音不太好，在房间里躺着可以很清楚地听到上厕所冲水的声音。 3.热水系统非常差，热水不够3个人以上洗澡，并且时冷时热。
