Bel appartement très bien situé, avec vue mer (choisie lors du choix de l'appartement), très fonctionnel, assez grand et refait à neuf.

- sonorisation de l'appartement à revoir, très bruyant (de 18h00 à minuit environ) car situé au dessus d'une rangée de 5 restaurants; - Le lave-vaisselle, impossible de s'en servir car son ouverture est gênée par la plinthe dessous.

Amazing sunny view of the sea/bay with small balcony from living/dining/kitchen room. Very clean & modern. Comfortable 3 bedrooms.

A few small items in the kitchen eg. a kettle (for us English who love cups of tea), wine glasses/flutes, a few pictures /plants & side lamps just to make it a bit more homely? Carrying heavy cases up 2 flights of stairs (no lift)

"Très bel appartement et emplacement au top."
