La ubicación y que era cómodo.

Al abrir ventana habitación olía a fritanga del restaurante de abajo. Pero se podía abrir sin problemas de olores el comedor-cocina. Limpieza bien. Confortable. Cómodo. Céntrico. Buenas vistas. Algo caro, como todo lo demás.

"Ein sehr schönes Appartement mitten in Roses zum entspannen und erholen!"

Die Lage in der Altstadt von Roses. Sauber und nettes Personal. Modern eingerichtet und hell. Gute Klimaanlage für alle Räume.

Nur ein paar Kleinigkeiten… Der Balkon ist recht klein genügt für 1-2 Personen um sich mal kurz raus zu setzen, ein paar mehr Hacken oder eine Garderobe wären super. Ein Wasserkocher wäre noch schön. Die Parkplatzsituation ist in Roses etwas schwer. Der öffentliche Parkplatz gegenüber kostet 16€ pro Tag und kostenfreie muss man länger suchen und etwas Fußmarsch einplanen.

The appartment is spaciuos and confortable.

From the 1 st floor there is no view of the sea as it is shown in the picture . The apartment is on a busy street , sometimes it was noisy. I left my AirPods and the plug, and the people from the cleaning service did not give immediate notice. when I was far from Roses and I realized of the situation, I called the rental office and they were not even aware that they had already found it . Very bad experience!!!

Airco en wifi werkten prima. Goede ligging.

Er werd een derde kamer met een tweepersoonsbed beloofd, dit bleek een kleine kamer met enkel een eenpersoonsbed te zijn. De badkamer viel ook tegen doordat ze erg klein was, de kraan van de wastafel stond los, enkel toilet op de badkamer. Het terras was niet echt bruikbaar.

Extractor de la cocina del local bajo el apartamento da para la ventana de una habitación, la cual no puedes abrir en ningún momento, aunque diera para un patio luz
