Location, cleaniness, look

Mattress in the bedroom, smell od dampness in the bathroom, very hot pipes in the shower (our son got burnt few times), issues with air-conditioning, lack of key to the door (what if electricity or WiFi goes down? Sleeping in a street). No soap, no shower gel, no shampoo, only 2 rolls of toilet paper for a week for 3 people. No kettle.
