Appartement standing 58m plage à 3mn en voiture

Die Besitzer der Wohnung Chantal und Michel waren sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung war exakt so wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Parkplätze gab es genügend direkt vor dem Haus oder am Straßenrand in der Nähe. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Ortsteil abseits von Roses und ist etwa 1700 Meter bzw. 25 Minuten vom Stadtzentrum bzw. Strand entfernt. An der Küste von Roses gibt es kilometerlange Wanderwege mit guter Aussicht. Von den Restaurants hat uns am besten das Restaurant "Las Palmeras" gefallen. Die Preise für Essen waren akzeptabel und für die Getränke mit Abstand am günstigsten. Dort gibt es auch kostenlose Parkplätze.

Rechts von der Wohnung war es immer um 8 Uhr morgens sehr laut. Der Wasserstand im Pool ging gerade mal bis zum Bauchnabel und ein Schwimmen für Erwachsene war da kaum möglich. Das war aber nicht so tragisch, da wir lieber zur Strandpromenade zum Wandern gingen.

L’appartement est bien placé, proche du centre-ville , très bien équipé,l’espace de l’appartement pratique. La climatisation individuelle dans chaque pièce est agréable,facilité pour garer la voiture ( gratuit ). Piscine super ! Nous avons apprécié le petit cadeau de bienvenu ( champagne et confitures). Les propriétaires super gentils !

The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The apartment is perfect for families with young children as it features a large closed outside area. We had an issue with WiFi and the hosts were quick to respond and fixed the problem as fast as they could. We had a fantastic stay and we will definitely choose this apartment if we visit Roses again in the future. We felt just like at home ! We also appreciated the washing machine, Aircon and how easy it was to find a parking spot nearby. Thank you !

One tiny detail : walls are thin so you may hear some noises but it is a quiet area so we were not disturbed in our 2 weeks stay.

The host is extremely nice. The flat is perfect for a family with two kids. It's very easy to park a car. The equipment is very good. It's very easy to get to the city centre and to the beach. It's a very good location for visiting other places to be seen while you're in Roses.

It would be nice to have a little grocery shop or bakery closer to the flat, especially for people who don't use the car or simply don't want to use it all the time.

A fantastic flat , very well equipped , super clean and comfortable. Great terrace to eat out and enjoy the sun. Swimming pool is a great plus. Ideal for our family. Michel and his wife are the perfect hosts, fast responses to any of our queries and very kind with little welcoming gifts. Thank you ,we will absolutely come back .

The apartment was light, attractive and comfortable. It was very practical and everything we needed was provided. There was also a sunny courtyard that we enjoyed. The owners were friendly and helpful, the parking was easy and the WiFi was very good. We have stayed in many apartments in Roses and this is one of our favourites. We would love to stay again.
