Studio Apartment Portić, self check-in

The apartment has a perfect location for somebody that come as tourist but the surroundings and the smell sometimes kill the vibe. Inside you have everything you need from stuffs for cleaning and sanitised. The host, Helena, she is 100+ star person and she will provide you everything you need.

The property needs a good hand of fresh paint, dust off from the corners (high ceilings) and new medium-hard mattresses for the beds because they are awful ( clean but not good for our taste and our back). The wi-fi was a little bad but we had data in roaming.

The apartment was really beautiful, spacious and well-appointed. The decor was up-to-date and really lovely. The host had stocked the fridge with lots of food for us which was very appreciated, and unexpected! The apartment had a washing machine and a drying rack, also very appreciated. The building and apartment were very quiet. The location was excellent--just a few steps away from the waterfront and the bridge to the old city. The price makes this a great bargain! We were very happy with our choice and highly recommend this place!

The apartment building and street were not attractive from the outside. However, the beautiful waterfront and old city were just a few steps away. Parking was not assigned but we managed to find a great spot for our rental car, just a few steps from our building.

We appreciate full equipment of the apartment, we were not missing anything. Nice extra thing were necessities in the fridge, sunscreen, washing powder , etc. Hostess Helena was very helpful, she replied very quickly. Apartment was very clean, in the quiet neigborhood. The beach Kolovare was 20 minutes within walking distance.

Amazing location, old town is walking distance, several restaurants around and you can take boat trips from a spot which is 5 minutes away from the apartment. Also, apartment is simple but very well equipped, and it's very easy to find parking on the street.

Helena was a very kind and reactive host, she provided us with the necessary information a day before our arrival. Once at the property everything went smoothly and was as expected, the flat looked much better in reality than in the photos. The flat is perfectly located in safe neighborhood near all the necessary facilities: Caffe shops, restaurants, bakeries, and supermarkets with easy access to the old town through the bridge... we rented a car and it was easy to park it just in front of our building. even if it was located in the ground floor there was absolutly no noise from the outside. Apartment was also very clean and tidy and well equiped, with attention to every single detail. We highly recommend !

Very nice and clean, we were welcomed with full fridge and beach towels which was perfect for us as we traveled just with backpacks. Location is great as well - just a few minutes to historical city centre.
