Jadran apartment with balcony and parking garage

It was spacious and comfortable. View from the balcony was great to watch the sunsets and it got the sun all day.

Location, it was a bit far from the town for us as a retired couple. No toaster or microwave and only one plug, so you could not use the coffee maker and kettle at the same time. The key box was hard to open (we have a key box, so know how they work), and the door was also very hard to open. I know they are fire doors, but it took a few times before we got it opened, and at times, it was very frustrating not knowing if you were going to be able to get in. No pots or pans if you wanted to cook. There were no instructions on using the oven and couldn't get the grill on to do toast.

The balcony is small but the view is amazing. You can almost see the whole old part of the city, the sea and the island across Zadar. Really relaxing if you enjoy sitting on the balcony with a nice view. There’s a parking spaces in the garage, and the entrance to the garage from the basement is near to the elevator. The bed is comfortable.

Cleaning service failed to do the cleaning properly. It would be usefull to repaint the walls, since there are many marks and stains. Booking.com charged an extra 60€ cleaning fee, when the reservation was made, although it wasn’t clearly stated before.

The view from the balcony is stunning. Great to relax with a bottle of €1.69 aldi wine.
