ZADAR Panorama Sea View Apartments

We liked everything. The apartments were well equipped, tidy. There were a coffee machine, capsules for it, all dishes for opportunity to make food at room. The view from balcony- stunning. The owner was very understanding, polite. The stay in Zadar and in this place- was very good choice 😊

Cały wyjazd był bajeczny od pięknego miasta jakim jest Zadar po apartament który spełnił oczekiwania w 200 %. Gospodarze to wspaniali ludzie a przygotowany przez nich apartament zasługuje na najwyższą ocenę.

Wszystko mi się podobało. Nie było nic niepokojącego. Lokalizacja apartamentu idealna z pięknym widokiem oraz wyposażeniem. Wszędzie blisko.

Die wunderschöne Aussicht über die Altstadt von Zadar. Die Ausstattung in dieser Unterkunft ist auf sehr hohem Niveau. Es gibt sogar einen Wein Kühlschrank (Getränke). Klimaanlagen liefen in jedem Raum ohne Schwierigkeiten. Es war alles sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank!

The view…it’s the one of the most beautiful what I have ever seen! Otherwise it’s a luxury flat. Tell the truth, I can live here permanently if it would be possible!:)

Amazing view of the old town and harbour, especially at sunset. Very convenient for trips to the old town - just across the bridge. Quiet, plenty of coffee shops and groceries nearby. Apartment was very modern and clean, all mod cons

Nothing negative

What a postcard-perfect, gorgeous view from the balcony! You will truly feel like you are on a cruise balcony. This was my favorite part of living here. The water views along with pier views and the sea gulls made this a truly special experience!  The kitchen was beautiful and there were some drinks for us in the refrigerator. The kitchens had all the necessary equipment to make it a super comfortable stay. We were grateful for the elevator because we had lots of luggage with us. The washing machine was blessing along with the drying rack. The half bathroom was very much appreciated. The apartment was walking distance to the Old Town across the bridge and so well located. There were many bakeries and grocery stores close to the apartment building that made our stay easier. The apartment was super clean and beautiful on arrival. 

The air conditioning took a long time to cool down the rooms and the living room. The bathroom shower was halfway covered ( a common design in Croatia) and had no door in the shower area causing the water to spill out and wet the area outside the shower. We had to put towels to keep that area from becoming a slip zone. We also didn’t like how damp it got inside because of it. There was also some water clogging in the shower drain area exacerbating this water problem. We brought this up with the manager and the owner. A shower curtain on a rod should quickly take care of this situation.  The touted free parking is a joke. It’s like park if you can find parking in a spot where people park however they like! Parking spots were not available very frequently in the area next to the apartment and there is no designated parking. This is common in Croatia. Despite all of these experiences, we would love to stay here again sometime in the future.

The apartment was in a great location, very close to the old town. It was very well equipped, and beds super comfortable. The host was brilliant with any communication and local recommendations.
