Very nice and helpful host!

The landlady Jagoda was exceptionally kind and responsive. I had a warm welcome. The flat has everything one can ask for. The photos are a clear reflection of the reality. Every detail was thought of. It was exceptionally clean. I arrived in the evening and was grateful the landlady had left me many drinks in the fridge, fruit, a bottle of wine and chocolate biscuits (the latter two as she knew it was my birthday). She even helped me arrange taxis from and to the airport (my return flight was very early morning. What I loved was that the studio flat felt homely, exactly what I was looking for. I loved having access to a patio and the garden. There is free parking for one car in front of the property.

Nothing that I didn’t like. The flat is in a quiet residential area. The location was 30 minutes walk on foot away from the centre of Zadar. It is about 25 minute walk to the Gaženica ferry port. I knew this before I booked. I enjoy walking so that has not deterred me but if you enjoy the hustle and bustle of touristy locations and want to access these you may want to consider renting a car or rent a bike (which is possible through the landlady).

The apartment was clean. We had everything we needed, full equipped kitchen, TV with Netflix, many towels and a nice bathroom. The location is convenient, 20 min walking along the beach to the city centre, very close to the beach, 20 m to the nearest supermarket, 10 km to the airport.

Very nice apartment, kitchen had everything you need including a nice selection of spices. Peaceful Courtyard to enjoy coffee and Meals. Host was great and very helpful with suggestions. Highly recommend!

Jogada is a superwoman and super host. Luka is Jogada's husband and is bigger than superman! There was fresh fruit, jogurt, water, beer and wine plus tea biscuits when we arrived. Travelling by motorbike makes you tired and these were very welcome. We also got great advice on restaurants and local facilities.

Super friendly hosts and a great accommodation with lots of thought put into it. Good beaches nearby. A pleasant 20 minute walk at the shoreline to Zadar center. Highly recommended.

I can honestly recommend this apartment and host! It was barely used, clean and fresh. Pictures are accurate and it really looks like on the photos. Everything was there including stuff to cook, clean and rest. The air conditioning is clean and working perfectly. Windows has a mosquito net and external blind which is great. Parking space is just in front of the entrance, outside there is also a grill with everything needed to prepare meals outside and eat it outside. Localization couldn't be better. It's perfectly silent from the crowded old town to which there is around 25 minutes nice walk. It is actually 230m to the nearest beach which is more for locals than for tourists and we enjoyed it very much and its beautiful views. Uber or Bolt is very cheap to get to old town and also in like 5 minutes on foot, there are 2 shops around. The host welcomed us with a nice gift up front and we got everything explained how to use everything and how to move around the area. Also, we were assured that the host is always at our disposal if we need something and it was great! Great communication via whatsapp.
