The location of the apartment is excellent, and the apartment itself is just as great — clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. I will definitely return and would highly recommend it.

Everything was really great and pleasant. The host Sara was wonderful and very helpful. The place was clean and quiet.

This apartment was absolutely terrible, especially considering the price we paid. From the very beginning, the experience was unacceptable. The Wi-Fi did not work, and after contacting the owner, we were only able to connect through a neighbor’s network. The apartment itself was shockingly dirty. The bed linen was clearly not changed, we found a used condom next to the bed, old contact lenses left on the windowsill, full trash bins, and most disgustingly a bowl of rice in the microwave that was completely moldy and green. After complaining, a cleaner was sent over, but instead of properly addressing the situation, we were told we would only receive a refund of €84 because the owner had to pay this cleaner. This is absurd the apartment should have been clean from the beginning, and sending a cleaner was not “extra service,” it was a basic necessity. To make matters worse, the cleaner came unprepared: no vacuum cleaner, no proper cleaning supplies, and even after she “cleaned,” the apartment was still dirty, with trash and contact lenses left. The door lock was also broken, making us feel unsafe during our stay. On top of that, it took far too long to actually receive the partial refund, which doesn’t even begin to make up for the state of the apartment and the stress it caused us. Overall, this was one of the worst accommodation experiences we’ve ever had. I strongly advise others to avoid this property. It is unhygienic, badly maintained, and not worth the money.
