The room is big enough and very clean and comfortable

We did not see the host and I could not contact him for several weeks. The host did not reply to our request for invoice neither via email nor messages in Booking.

Spotlessly clean, good facilities and good price. A short trip on the bus into the city centre. Access to (paid) washing machine and dryer a bonus for our roadtrip as we had limited space for clothes. Only comment would be some better quality pillows would have given us a better night's sleep.

There was a hair dryer.

On the second day of our stay, the internet of the property was not working anymore. Even we turn off and on the router, the internet doesn’t work. We informed the “owner” about it, but the owner just said: you have to put the password… And then I explained it to the owner that the problem is with the router, on the first day we had internet but suddenly the second day the internet was not working. And she/ he ignored us, I wrote again reminding she/ he that we still don’t have internet… and ignored us for the next 4 days until we left the property. It was really inconvenient for us, we needed to stay outside late at a cafeteria for the internet in order to work. I’m really disappointed about the property’s attitude. We come pretty often to Aachen, but we won’t stay here anymore again. The location is outside the city center, it takes 30 minutes by bus to go to the city center, the door doesn’t look safe (it is made of glass-plastic), we really think that the place is overrated.

Apartment was clean and easy to find. Parking was available within walking distance.

Location is abominal; bad industrial area, busy road in front as well as train tracks. No airco, hot room, so choice between not sleeping because of noise or not sleeping because of lack of oxygen. Glas front door looks nice but allows bright outside lights to shine through. Wifi details on paper were wrong so had to call host who was unable to answer the question. Pillows were extremely soft and lacking body so no support in terms of headrest. A minimal stock of coffee so you can make the first cup before going out and buying your own, having identified the type of coffee machine, was not available; a true „welcome“ looks very different.

Very clean and well appointed: everything that you need is provided. Everything works well.

Curtains don't darken the place sufficiently and door to apartment is translucent; might be a problem with young children but was ok for us. We needed to close bathroom window because of designated smoking area outside it: unpleasant. Area where apartment located quite far from the center: not really walking distance though bus service is good. There is also a train station nearby but the trains weren't running during our stay.

The apartment was modern, spacious and clean. It was @40mins walk into the town centre or a short bus ride.

The location was opposite a railway line and on a busy road. If the windows were kept open you could hear cars, trains and people talking on the street.

Super cozy and well equipped apartment, great location, easy for parking. highly recommended!!
