The apartment was comfortable and well positioned.

Really could do with a full length mirror and the microwave didn't work. Also be helpful if there was instructions for the appliances,eg TV coffee machine etc. Also bare in mind this is a residential area with lots of children running around playing football round the pool often late at night. But this has no bearing on the property.

The apartment was super clean, and the landlord was always available if I needed her. Although she didn’t speak English well, communication wasn’t an issue, we used Google Translate with no problems. On the first day, she even took me to the shops to buy some essentials I needed, which was really thoughtful.

The only issues were that the microwave didn’t work and there were no curtains in the living room, which meant a lack of privacy in the evenings. Also, taxis weren’t allowed past the gate, which was particularly difficult for me as I had fractured my foot on holiday and found it hard to walk to the apartment.

Residence Hivernage 201 has a homely feel. Clean, airy and spacious. We immediately felt at home, it is well equipped just like a home and the area is near shops and walking distance to the beach. The place is gated with Security at the front. The swimming pool is very inviting and we wished we could stay longer to enjoy some more time by the pool. I highly recommend staying at 201, it's a 10/10. It felt safe and welcoming. Our stay has been pleasant and we would not hesitate to book again.

We have no complaint. Just a shower mat in the bathroom could be provided for when we step out of the shower.

The property is clean and bed very comfortable , very nice apartment for a family.

Not having any people in the building to check anything! The last day we have to print boarding pass and we had to go to the hotel next door, luckily they printed for us. Only security in the hole building and they do not speak English. Same towels and sheets for a week, there is a washing machine but would be nice to have spare sheets to change the bed and spare towels.

Such a lovely place, very clean and cozy and has literally everything you need for a perfect vacation with your family or friends. The apartment located in a perfect area and you also get access to the pool 🏊🏻‍♀️. And I can’t just talk about the place and not talk about the owner, he is very nice and helpful and very respectful 🙏🏻
