"Flat is dirty"

Nothing positive, except maybe the location

Dirtiest flat I've ever had on all my numerous trips. The floors and surfaces all covered with a layer of dirt/sand, plus a really filthy fridge, oven and gas stove.. Uninsightful and uninterested landlord who has no time and thinks that everything is just fine and acceptable. I didn't even want to take my shoes off in this place and moved out as soon as I found another apartment, even though it meant that I lost a week's rent, because of course the landlord didn't pay back even one cent.
