Beautiful apartment - shame the village didn't have a Pub . I really don't want to drive in the evening and a Pub in walking distance would have been nice

For a short 4 day stay I'm not going to use a washing machine ... a dishwasher would have been far more useful to me personally

Very comfortable beds, beautiful apartment and wonderful location for the Pennine Way Trails.

Nowhere to store bikes is the only downside

Location was great in an interesting old building. It was nice hearing the river at night. View from bedroom window was good. It's well equipped with a lovely comfy bed. The upstairs shower was great. Over all we had a good stay - thank you.

There are lots of do's and don'ts which isn't that welcoming but I guess the neighbours need keeping happy. A few small points - the sound on the tv is muffled and its a bit small. A better tv might make people keep the sound lower. The settee looked good but was uncomfortable for my body shape. The downstairs electric shower was difficult to get a constant temperature and I didn't like the shower head.

It was in good position for many walks. Clean and comfortable.

The narrow roads leading to it were very dark at night.

Lovely apartment with plenty of room and facilities in a great location.

The peace & tranquillity of the cottage were perfect to de-stress. We had everything we needed nearby. It was comfortable & cosy.
