I loved how open and big the property was and how clean everything is I would definitely come back again.

There’s nothing bad about the property the only this is when you go out on the balcony to the hot tub you need to be careful as some of the flooring Isn’t even. That’s because of the heat it expanded some of the flooring so some of them were lifted up.

Very nice apartment, had fun time with friends, staff were nice, location wasn’t too far from the city central. Really nice bath and massage chair. It was also nice that the property had hair blow dryer for both curly and straight hair.

Some things were broken or not fully functional. The hot tub outside had the switch to regulate water temperature, but it was stuck on max and since it was hot weather the hot tub was too hot. The regular fridge could be colder. And also one of the bedroom’s window couldn’t be closed. Also it wasn’t the apartment owner’s fault, but the lift smelled.

The sauna was enjoyable and worked well, and the view from the property was nice. These were unfortunately the only real highlights of our stay.

From the moment we arrived, the experience was disappointing. The apartment we were given looked nothing like the one shown in the photos — it was smaller, had fewer bedrooms, and overall felt like a downgrade. When we reached out to the host for clarification, we were told we’d actually been given a “better” apartment, which felt quite insulting considering what we walked into. The condition of the apartment was extremely poor. Everything felt neglected and broken. The outdoor hot tub turned into a fountain when we turned on the bubbles, spraying water straight into our faces and making it impossible to use. The bed was uncomfortable, with a mattress so saggy and worn out it was hard to sleep. Several of the blinds in the bedroom didn’t work properly, and most of the lights throughout the house flickered or didn’t turn on at all. Some electrical outlets didn’t work or were hanging loose from the wall, and there were clear signs of general disrepair — peeling wallpaper, loose moldings, holes in the walls, and even a loose stair railing. The bathroom faucet had temperature issues, the shower had visible mold, and although the apartment listing mentioned a massage chair, there was none to be found. But by far the most disgusting part of our stay was when we opened a wardrobe to look for extra pillows and were met with someone’s dirty, used underwear — a pair of string-style panties left behind. That moment said everything about the level of cleanliness and care this place had received. It was absolutely revolting and completely unacceptable in any rental accommodation. We left feeling disappointed, frustrated, and honestly a bit grossed out. This place was nothing like what was promised, and we absolutely would not stay here again.

The facilities are as described and the place is big and clean. The staff is efficient. The parking is ok.

You must pay extra for bath robes and slippers which might needed for the outside jacuzzi (we managed without them though). Only one big towel for person - not enough by my standards but that’s fine. The quiet hours rules are a bit strict but we had no issues with the accommodation staff or the neighbours.
