Sunny 1 bedroom apartment in Centre -late check out

Perfect location: shops, great restaurants around. Silent place, big warm room with good comfortable bed: I slept as a child. Very neat clean flat. I am allergic on the dust, and usually it is a problem when I am traveling, but it was ok there. Great Wi-fi quality - I was working two days on meetings without any problems.

it isn't easy to get so high with suitcases. But it's worth it. Too dark in the kitchen. Need a comfortable chair beside table.

It was a lovely flat, in a nice location and j really enjoyed my stay. It had everything you needed in the kitchen bathroom and bedroom/living room.

Everything was great, the only little thing was that unfortunately the shower pressure wasn’t the strongest and kept going on and off and you had to wait for the pressure to increase. Also it is up nearly 10 flight of stairs as for some reason 2 floors are counted as 1! But it’s good exercise ;p

Unfortunately there was nothing I liked...the apartment needs to be renovated for basic needs to be met...

Let me begin with, the building is VERY old so I do understand that there are issues...but considering that it's constantly is rented out and with the income it brings in it should be at least fixed to get a comfortable stay 1. The water pressure, please fit a pump...the shower feels like its literally peeing on u. That's how bad the pressure is. Especially if someone opens tap anywhere in the building you literally get couple of drops of water so taking a shower is just impossible. 2. The windows r fitted BUT they are not sealed properly so the cold and the wind is going through the sides of the windows 3. Kitchen...no microwave nor oven...so making something quick or just heat up food...no option 4. The flat is VERY dark, so looking at the pictures you get here they are edited to make it look nicer 5. And yes, flat is on the 5th floor of an old building. Not even 5th, it's in between 5th and 6th floor. On top of that it stinks of cigarettes as everyone from flats smoke inside the corridors of the buildings 6. Towels, bedding...FOUL ODOR. So keep in mind of grabbing washing detergent to throw it into wash before use. 7. When using toilet, forget comfort if your are right handed. Have a look at the picture, you can see there is a built wall very closely to the toilet, so every time u hit ur hand against the wall because there is absolutely no space. 8. If you like solid bed, forget about this place! It feels literally like sleeping on a water mattress...that's how worn out the mattress is... Please state in the description the fact that it's on the 5th floor. And that you charge "city tax" separately on top of payment for this flat. Very convenient location, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, and Lido is around the corner. I enjoyed the spaciousness. Bathtub in the bathroom is a big plus. The Kitchen is sufficiently equipped to cook something simple. Very quiet=good sleep, also the mattress is in a good shape. It was nice of them that they accommodated an early checkin for me.

The entire apartment had a peculiar smell to the old building. Bathroom drain smelled particularly strong. The blanket also had a body odor, but to be fair I'm quite sensitive to smell, so others might not care. Water pressure of the shower was very low that it was hard to wash hair. Would have been nice if there was more comfortable chair for the working desk.

The apartment is quite large for one person. It is very quite there whic is very good for relaxiton and surprising. Apartment gives the old fashion style vibes The kitchen is quite large too. My favourite is bathroom, I think it is cozy but done in cheap a bit. The bathtub may be a small for some one.

Apartment looks a bit old, but maybe somebody would like this style. And yes sometimes is difficult to go to the 5 stair

+ calm and tidy + kind of spacious + Well-equipped (but more/better kitchen utensils are required) + there is this little oven, enough for 1 person (I baked potatoes) + Huge mattress and blanket + Good lightning and big windows

- the apartment has a lot of things that needs to be fixed in order to make the apartment perfect - well, it doesn't have to be perfect, but having fear of breaking something all the time is really not a good thing (for example: the cupboard on the photo was so unstable!) - no big pan, just two small, and one rather small pot (Read other review to know what to expect)
