Neat and cosy

The location was in the middle of old town. It was pretty quiet and the place was like the title says ( neat and cozy). Everything worked out.

I’m over six feet tall. The sofa bed was about a foot too short for me and the mattress was thin. I wish there was a washer/dryer in the unit. Also a fan and microwave would be nice but it’s a small place so it’s understandable that it doesn’t have them. I stayed for 2 weeks and only had one towel. This place is perfect for short term stays (long weekend).

Апартаменты соответствуют описанию. Есть всё необходимое для проживания. В самом центре старого города. Много кафе, баров и ресторанов. Мы с удовольствием провели время.

I feel compelled to express my profound disappointment regarding my stay at your property. What I encountered was far from the standard of cleanliness, respect, and basic hospitality that should be guaranteed through a platform like Airbnb. The room reeked of cigarette smoke — an odour that speaks of neglect and complete disregard for the comfort of your guests. To make matters worse, the floor was covered with hair, a visible and revolting testament to the lack of cleaning. This is not simply about preference; it is about hygiene and dignity. When one pays a considerable price for accommodation, one expects conditions that at the very least reflect that value. What I experienced, however, was the opposite: a space that was clearly not maintained, not cared for, and frankly insulting to anyone who books it in good faith. Such disregard undermines the very trust on which Airbnb is built. I find it unacceptable that your listing could present itself at a certain standard while delivering something so subpar, even hazardous. This is not merely a complaint; it is a call for accountability. If hosts are allowed to provide such conditions without consequence, it erodes the entire platform’s credibility. I sincerely hope you take this message as a serious reminder of the responsibility you hold when inviting paying guests into your space.

The location is great, right in the middle of Riga old town. The apartment is very small, but cozy and has everything you need.

The stairs in the house are a bid dangerous and narrow, might be a problem if you have a lot of heavy baggage.
