Arida Apartments

This flat was nice and spacious for the 3 of us, with a well equipped kitchen and 2 bedrooms. It is located a bit of a walk (maybe 15 mins) from Riga old town, but having said that, it was in a quiet street, only a 10 min or so walk from the train station/airport bus stop and is on the edge on the art nouveau new town area - so there was plenty to see only a short walk away. There's also lots of 2nd hand shops nearby - for some great shopping bargains!

There wasn't much to dislike really. We initially didn't have enough towels for the 3 of us, but when we messaged the host they sorted this out for us straight away.

Apartment close to old town, you need to walk for 15-20 min to get to main attraction. Also there is a lot of place to eat and drink around the apartment. Kitchen and bathroom are ok, there is a dishwasher, washing machine, iron, hair dryaer. We were at the begining of April and it was warm in the apartment ( there are extra blankets and heater if you need). Building is old but we didnt here any noises from other room. Easy get in, you get code and there is a box with keys. Very good contact with the host.

In our apartment one of the room was interconnecting, for us that wasnt a problem, but I assume that for someone with poor sleep this can be an obstacle.

Good location and tidy. 2nd bedroom is behind other bedroom. Spacious enough still and good value.
