"Walking distance from the city"

Parking in own yard was good. Easy check in and instructions. The apartment was spacious and the kitchen supplies were really good. The beds were big and comfortable. Walking distance to the city and trams went really close to the apartment.

There is a deposit of 200€ that you have to pay advance and send id's of all passengers, would have been nice that this had been clearly written somewhere before making the reservation. We got the deposit back straight after the stay. As the apartment is located on the bottom floor and it wasn't so warm, the apartment was damp and there was only one really small heater in the living room. Both of the bedrooms were damp and the bed felt a little bit moist when going to bed.
