1. Great location with only 15-20 min walk to Old City Center. 2. A few gorgeous parks around the corner. 3. Spacious apartment with 2 rooms + separate kitchen. 4. Mechanical keys to the building and apartment.

1. An induction stovetop, where our pan didn't work and we had to use metallic plate (that the owner provided). 2. The bathroom is smaller than expected.

Spacious apartment. The kitchen and sitting room were clean enough. The house slippers were provided. Big thanks for that! Available parking lot. The host didn't mind if we left the car for longer, but the gate could be opened with the key which should be returned when checking out, so it was a bit complicated.

- The apartment wasn't clean. Tangles of hair were on the blanket in the bedroom and on the towels. Not the best experience to find someone's hair on a towel which you have to use or on you after sitting on the bed. - The bathroom was kinda clean, but there was hair on the floor, some dust in the corners, dusty washing machines and the shower clogged after a few minutes of work. - The right part of the hob doesn't work. It took 15 minutes to figure that out. It would be nice to have some warning about that. - The host was waiting behind the door on checkout day before checkout time. It would be an understatement to say that it was strange.

Helpful service, great apartment, a little further from the heart of the old town, but this is not necessarily a disadvantage. Free parking, the facilities have everything you might need during your stay. There are things that you don't even expect to find in rented apartments - for example, a shower-sauna. We really liked it and I believe we'll come back again.

We liked everything.

The stay at Joya Mia was very comfortable, the apartment is very well equipped and suited us very well. We were about 20min walking distance from the old city and about 10 min from the river. There are lots of restaurants around the location and there is a well stock Maxima shop 10 minutes away. Lidya welcomed us to the apartment at the time we said we were coming and came right on time at the time we said we would be leaving. The apartment and the parking is secured.

The flat has everything you need for your stay- in kitchen, bathroom etc. It is walking distance to historic center, has dedicated parking lot in inner court. Food shops are very close.
