NEW Loft with rooftop terrace in the Old Town Riga

Booked the rooftop terrace, upon arrival i was told that there was a problem with the room and we had to change to a room on the middle floor, the only view was of a derelict wall directly in front of the window, on top of this our check in time was delayed by almost 2 hours while we waited on the room being cleaned, with no where to even store our luggage. Was told i would be compensated for this but was ghosted by the staff.

The apartment is perfect, in the old town of Riga. The apartment has everything you need. The landlord is very responsive and polite. I recommend.

Location was great, close to everything but quiet, very important in Riga old town. Nice, clean apartment, fully equipped and it was nice to have air-conditioning. We had a really lovely stay.

We didn't use the upstairs bedroom as it was very hot and the stairs were pretty scary! However, the sofa bed was comfy, so that wasn't a problem. It would have been nice to have an info pack, with maps etc, however Riga Old Town is pretty small, so you can't really get lost

Apartment was very close to the city center and the bus station coming from the airport. It was very clean, cosy and had everything needed for a couple of days stay. Very spacious for 2 people.

The terrace was facing the inside of the building complex, you could see other apartments, so it was not 100% as seen in the pictures advertised on booking.

Fabulous and perfect location. Love everything and only one thing is WiFi need to be shown display of password to set up ready.

location of the property is right in the old town, so all the attractions were close by. the apartment is new and has all necessary amenities, quite well equipped kitchen. There also were some cooking stuff, however many of them were expired.

Unfortunately the mattress and pillows were completely uncomfortable. The bed sheets were synthetic, so you could even feel how it makes static electricity (what is unhealthy). As the bed itself is located on the 'second' floor the air there is more stuffy and it was a bit hot to sleep (also because of the synthetic linen as mentioned above). The stairs to the second floor are quite dangerous and if you have any problems with your legs or back I wouldn't recommend choosing this apartment. And what also disappointed my stay was a construction works right behind the wall.

Simple, clean and conveniently located within walking distance to the old town, city centre and bus terminal. Fully equipped with necessary items for simple cooking and dishwasher.

It would be great if they could improve the pillow quality.
