Modern and nicely decorated apartment, mini supermarket very close, only 4 min. walking to the next bigger supermarket, parking (without fees) in the neighborhood feasible, very friendly and helpful host, a little park just around the corner, several bus / tram stops for public transport with 5 minutes walking distance

The street lamps make it very bright in the apartment at night and no black out curtains in the living room.

Excellent stay! In a walking distance all entratainment, shopping and sightseeing destinations in Riga Old Town. Safe private comune backyard. Apartment matches exact the photos provided. Professional and very easy communication with the host. Great for a weekend getaway as well as for a longer stay (coffee machine & capsules, iron & iron board, hair dryer etc.). Breakfast option for early birds next door - french style bulangerie.

Lack of car parking. Although there is a short 20min stop right at the entrance gate so easy to pickup/dropoff the luggage. Also a ParkRide parking lot is at an convinient distance approx.10min.and costs very reasonable also for a long term stay.

The apartment was a good size and clean. Best location, near a really nice park. Good for families. Has lift. Good value for the money. Would stay again.

Unfortunately no blackout curtains or blinds. For people who like sleeping in the dark it's a big struggle. But how I understand it's in progress, so hopefully the apartment owner will change this as soon as possible, especially for summer time.

Great apartment, great location, great owner, easy checkin? One of best apartments in Riga. Great shop downstairs and one of best places to eat in Riga, cross the streat!
