Cosy studio apartment in Ridzenes residence

Sehr gut ausgestattetes, sehr sauberes Appartement! Problemloses Einchecken, super Lage am Tand der Altstadt, aner ruhig.

The location of this apartment was great! It was a 10 minute walk to most of the places in Old Town that I was visiting and as a solo female traveler I felt very safe here. I appreciated the good communication, that everything was clean and tidy and that the kitchen was well equipped. My favorite thing was the view!

I found the bed slightly uncomfortable but I'd still book here again--the location and value absolutely outweighed that.

Mahtava sijainti! Huoneisto on kuin hotellin sviitti mutta edullisempi. Kaikki tarvittavat välineet, myös ruoanlaittoon. Saippuat ja pesuaineet löytyy. Nopea wifi. Kuvat pitävät täysin paikkansa. Lämmintä riitti, muutama hyvin toiminut patteri. Omatoiminen check in/out. Rakennus on uudehko ja siinä on hissi.

Check in/out ohjeet ovat hyvät mutta ne pitää lukea erittäin tarkasti. Oikean ulko-oven löytäminen oli haastavaa. Lähteissä kerroksen ovi jumiutui mutta hetken kahvoja käänneltyäni pääsin pois. Majoittaja pyysi maksamaan kaupunkiveron tililleen vaikka booking oli sen jo todistetusti erittelyn mukaan ottanut. Tämä oli suurin nega.

Spacious apartment

Clearly the owner is anti-customer oriented. A had a few simple kind requests but there was 0 effort from the owner to make my stay pleasant. It was extremely cold in the apartment, the owner answered ironically that he has 24 °C in his home... If I were him I would have brought a small electric heater and I certainly wouldn't have gone broke because of it. But he reminded me to pay city tax even if I already paid for it in advance

All was clean and excatly as written in Booking.Com pages. There where enough kitchen wares to make simple food. Dishwasher was good to have because who like to make dishes while vacation. Location perfect side of old town.

Only weird think was that renter asked separately to pay tourist tax even Booking.Com was already collected it. Got money back but useless extra communication.

Konumu çok iyi hem old town içinde hem otobüs garına ve ulaşım araçlarına yakın. Oda büyüklüğü çok ideal, ihtiyacınız olacak her şey varyeni güzel bir stüdyo daire.

Yatak çok sertti gerçekten uyku sıkıntılıydı.normalde hiç takılmam ama sorun olacak kadar rahatsızdı 1 puanı bu sebeple düşürdüm.

Value for money. An excellent apartment at the center of Riga. Very quite and clean. Spacious. Wifi was superfast. Bed was very comfortable. Has all the amenities, including a microwave oven, a coffee machine and a washing machine (incuding one for dishes). Very nice apartment complex with no weird people around, protected with cameras, and the host was very helpful.

My only problem is that they did not have curtains on the windows and the light was entering very early inside the apartment, making it impossible to sleep after 7 am. Also, they did not have any forks, knives or spoons, although they offered everything else to prepare a meal.
