There's a washer, a bed, and some dishes for cooking. Located right next to a tram stop that takes you to city center in 15 minutes. However, I cannot recommend enough that you stay ANYWHERE ELSE!

Hope you don't have a sense of smell, because this place has a TERRIBLE odor of raw sewage. The bathroom smelled so bad that I could not be in there longer than 30 seconds while holding my breath, and we were gagging whenever the bathroom door was open. When I messaged the property owner about it, he simply said "sometimes it happens" and then ignored my messages after I requested further assistance. Contacting customer service also resulted in no help. Check in was also a bit of an issue as I was having difficulty getting in and the host was unresponsive even though I'd told him earlier in the day what time we'd be arriving. Overall an extremely unpleasant experience. Once again, I really recommend NOT staying here.

Dušā no retās izmantošanas smirdēja sastāvējies udens, nebij dienas aizskaru. Nesatrauktos ja viss dzīvoklis būtu bijis otrajā stāva. Bet majai viena puse ir otrai stāva, bet no otras puses ir pirmais. Atbildīga persona nebij kārtīgi iztīrījusi. Un televizors ar negāja. Vienreiz iesledzu un tad pacakarejot nedaudz pastrādāja un tad bilde pazuda. Bet kopsuma cenai atbilstoši.

It was impossible to find the house. We found it by asking neighbors. It's a maze of a building. We couldn't park our car because the parking lot door required a chip, and it wasn't there. When we entered, we were greeted by a very small toilet and shower. It was the smallest I'd ever seen. The house had a very strange smell. The laundry had been left in the washing machine, unable to dry. They had also washed the bath mats and sheets together. The owner's Vietnamese phone number was impossible to reach. He/She (?) didn't respond to messages.
