Clean, 24h reception. 2 bathrooms.

Very noisy at night, cold (nor heating and the widows are old). The booking.com listing says checkin 16h-20h but there is actually a 24h/24h reception ... so we had to hurry for nothing. The appartment's furniture is super minimalist, almost nothing. Not a lot oh hot water, so for five persons it's tricky to shower comfortably. The address on booking.com is not the address of the reception so we had to waste a considerable amount of time finding it. Address should be Carrer del Prat d'en Carbó

The location is very good. Quite new repairs.

It was vey dirty. There is no Air Conditioner in the Bedroom. There was no air, no window outside. Fully unsuitable for kids. There was no Internet during my stay for 10 days.

Location was perfect and it was clean.

Wi-Fi non existent and they knew it wasn’t working because they didn’t even bother to give us password, they told us it was a problem from the supplier but the other rooms had Wi-Fi. To connect we had to stay outside in the terrace and the heat and the A/C motor. There was only one Aircondition and we had to keep it on all the time so that the inside room was kept fresh but the sofa bed was infront if it so whoever slept there was feeling very cold.

Position of location, near to the beach , Portaventura and Ferrari Park,view

No washing machine, no ventilation in the toilletes, and draining system in the bathrooms was allways clogged! Entrance door,very old, with a big gap through you can see inside! One toillete brushe for two toilletes.Also this apartment is not a a part of California Hotels, it is separate from hotels, I supose this is a small agreement between owner of apartment and California Hotels staff!
