"The place is showing it's age, however given the amenities and location it's a very good value."

-The location is very walkable. -Shower is awesome. -Area outside the building is quiet. -Large quantity of complementary bottled water.

-Sound travels throughout the building easily. -The bed is very firm. -The windows have privacy glass, however drapes should be added to prevent sunlight from coming in during early morning hours. -The cleaners are very loud in the morning.

"The staff made it worth it!"

The staff was super attentive to our requests to the point that they moved us to a better room, helped fix the tv and drove us to Seoul station. Particularly, the property manager was really nice and funny!

While close to the main transit station, it is a bit of a hike to get to the space. Specifically a steep set of stairs must be traversed to reach the destination, definitely not for the faint of heart. Also the WIFI was a bit spotty at times, not sure if that is Korea specific, but something we experienced.
