Location of property was very near mrt and food

The toilets were very small. No space for us to put our own toiletries or enough space to hang our own clothes. Rollers on toilet door are not functioning well. Makes lots of noise when opening and closing, will wake family up in the middle of night. While using the toilet, could hear noise from toilets either from above or below apartment. No boxed tissue paper was provided in the whole house, we had to go and buy our own. Host did not respond to request of fresh towels via messaging till we called up. If we don't have a local line, we may have to reuse our dirty towels

the host was really responsive, and friendly. the location is amazing, space in the accommodation was more than enough for us with three big suitcase. And overall the environment around is quiet, even we see some new travellers checking in, the noise doesn't come into the flat.

overall the cleaning is nice, just a few spot was not done properly, but very minor, and the host offered to come and clean again. that was very nice of him/her.

Cereal and milk was provided but location was close to cafes and restaurants so we chose to eat out.

We had slight problems with one of the toilets but luckily there was a second bathroom to use. Owner was very quick to respond to all queries.

there were toilet bugs. the mattress is quite soft (personally not preferred). The curtain cannot completely block off light.

Location.

They said it sleeps 7 but there was not a 7th bed. They charge for water, bedding, and the included breakfast is a box of cereal.

The location is excellent, super close and easy to walk from the station. The room is spacious, has fully equipped kitchen.

The bathrooms are small, I didn’t see vent/air passage inside, so it’s very musty. Cleanliness of the sheets and towels, everything seem to not be properly desiccated and it left a smell on. There even laundry left in the washing machine in our room. The dust in thick as others said. (The host message us before about the issue but just to set the expectation that you probably don’t get the perfect room since it’s the best they could do)
