The property is in the basement of an old building, and the room had a strong damp smell, even though a dehumidifier was running. The host acknowledged that this is a known issue. We did not stay and requested a full refund. Initially, a partial refund was offered, but after contacting Booking, the full amount was refunded. I appreciate that the issue was resolved, but it would be helpful if the damp problem was clearly mentioned and properly addressed.
